Within this role I delivered bespoke advice to help clients with their property needs, this included providing advice on;- Architectural design - Heritage planning- Business rates- Development Project Management

During my time at CBRE, I advised Real Estate stakeholders on their interests in development schemes. The schemes I advised on varied from residential, offices and retail to hotels and industrial properties. My role also included the following;- Conducting initial reviews of development proposals- Reporting and advising on all aspects of the delivery of a real estate development- Identifying development risks- Monthly monitoring of developments and reporting on progress

In this role I helped provide expert advice in regards to costs in construction projects, as well as in repairs and renovations. I also did the following;- Analysed progress reports- Ensured we were compliant with Health and Safety regulations- Managed sub-contractors- Reviewed project tenders- Reviewed jobs and ensured they met our specifications - Conducted risk assessments and cost control

During my time at Braithwait, I was a key negotiator on behalf of both Landlords and tenants.
