Retired in 2019 from Wells Fargo - Senior Vice President and Managing Director in the Corporate Development group.Joined the group in 2007; managed merger and acquisition, divestiture and strategic investment transactions for WFC and its business lines. Supported the M&A activities of Wealth and Investment Management, Corporate Trust, Treasury Management, as well as other WFC business lines.Prior to joining Wells Fargo, provided financial and strategic advisory services to small and middle market companies, and assisted private investors with strategic investment and restructuring projects. Worked with Webster Financial Corporation on a series of significant acquisition and divestiture transactions. Also worked with start-up and early-stage businesses to develop business plans and financing strategies. Formerly a Vice President of BankAmerica Corporation in the Corporate Strategy & Development Group, managing a wide variety of acquisition and divestiture projects domestically and internationally. Began financial services career as a corporate account officer with Bank of America in New York. Also have experience in real estate project management and theatrical and concert production. MBA degree from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia in 1984 and BA in History from the University of Vermont in 1978; also attended Duke University.
