About David Timm

I am a driven person that is dedicated to finding innovative solutions to helping people in the medical device industry. Whether it is helping out internal stakeholders with their requirements flow down, testing novel medical devices, or coding up new unique algorithms, I enjoy applying my skills to help others be as successful as I am. My current skill set includes managing and maintaining workflow for requirements flow down, object oriented programming, validating commercial non-product software, qualifying test equipment, fixtures, and tooling, validating test methods and characterizing and verifying product specifications and requirements. I also have hands on experience in tissue engineering and nanotechnology that I would be potentially interested in exploring more in the future.I am currently learning how to support high performance computing.

    N3D Biosciences develops three dimensional cell culture prototypes via magnetic levitation using nanotechnology. As part of the N3D team I conducted three dimensional cell levitation experiments with various types of cells that I cultured. All of those cell experiments were then computationally analyzed. The magnetic prototypes that I used for the experiments I magnetically modeled and assembled. I also helped make N3D's patented nanoshuttle for levitating and manipulating cells. Finally, I helped represent N3D at the 2010 TERMIS Conference in Houston.
