I am a Research and Insights analyst working within the Airline industry. I am an expert in monitoring customer satisfaction performance via different channels (Reflective and real time surveys along with Social media). I am able to provide valuable insight in written, verbal and image form to enable the airline to make changes to improve the customer experience - both in the short and long term. I am responsible for agency supplier management for programmes provided to the airline, along with maintaining and running programmes within the airline.
