I'm still doing a little consulting under contract for CEI.

I manage the training for the entire company, including engineering, CADD (through an assistant), accounting, human resources, and management. This includes the training budget. I teach classes, arrange for other to teach classes (both in-house and outside), and manage the training of 19 project management candidates. Another part of my job is to review and approve of all professional licenses: engineering, landscape architect, surveying.

Prior to becoming corporate trainer I was a project manager for 15 years at CEI. I managed the production of construction drawings and administered construction contracts for a wide variety of heavy construction project, both public sector and private sector.

This was a temporary position after Iraq invaded Kuwait, ending my time as a Director there. I assisted in preparing proposals for new work in several foreign countries.
