The creative director has complete ownership of numerous accounts across social platforms, planning and execution of projects with content creators, and community engagement. As a manufacturing and customer focused company, logistics make or break the business model. The Creative Director manages shipping, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction from product inquiries to the delivery date.The role also coordinates with R&D to incorporate exclusive industry knowledge in product development and implementation.
