Working with external software we are currently altering the way our business produces and consumes Management Information.I work with our Group Finance team on requirements for Management Information and we collaborate accross all regions to deliver MI to our Senior Leadership team. I gather requirements and build the content in the tool for the users to consume.Report design• Working with functional experts to determine report requirements• Report design in CXO-Cockpit to meet requirements• Developing towards providing best practice report design adviceContent reviews• Cyclical reviews of all application content to improve and align reports• Identify ‘gaps’ to optimal report template, and implement improvements• Expand use-cases for current reports to help promote full global adoptionApplication management• Perform report and application maintenance activities• Monitor report performance (time to return data)• Manage report test cycles• Develop effective governance and control processesUser support• Develop and maintain user training documentation• End-user provisioning and access

I was working with OBIEE to support our global users (~500+) with their usage of OBIEE to report on transactional data. I was involved in Customer Support, Incident resolution and Change Request process from the start all the way through to delivery.

- Working in a Global team producing reporting to 3 regions (UK, EMEA and APAC) - Improving reporting by automating reports via BI software and/or Excel Macros - Using management information to highlight the impact that factors are having on performance.

- Customer Maintenance. Managing the creation and maintaining of customers for 6 different countries - Working with Employees round the EMEA region - Inputting cash receipts for 6 different countries on daily basis - Generating reports to help the credit controllers perform their job to a better standard

Working in a team of 6 performing accounts payable duty for the UK region.- Talking with suppliers and organising payments- Entering invoices onto the system- Liaising with Internal employees to solve issues with Purchase Orders- Auditing Expense claims
