About David Torrez
Since 2016 I've had the opportunity to work with attorneys providing legal representation to plaintiffs who have been physical or psychological injured as a result of the negligent or careless acts of other persons or entities. I have acquired knowledge of case evaluation, medical assessment and litigation procedures. As a result of the 2020 quarantine the firm was forward thinking in alternating from in-office to remote work for staff in an effort to continue providing our clients legal service and representation.During a period of confinement, a major focus was made in Criminal Appeal study and providing legal guidance as a lay advocate. The most important personal legal accomplishment was petitioning the family court enforcing my visitation rights and to advocate for other fathers to visit with their children.
