• Serve as a middle man between pharmaceutical companies, clinical trials, and patient care • Work with Patient Operations Lead for patient recruitment, medical data acquisition, communications, support, and on-boarding using various interfaces such as RDMD website, DocuSign and Apple Preview • Input and file medical records for rare disease patients and assist with data extraction, and protocol development for rare diseases

• Curates a safe, passionate environment that treats acute health issues among a population facing homelessness• Participates in clinic sessions that provide hands-on experience by interacting with patients, taking vitals, and supporting patients• Actively attends health talks, engages in fundraisers, connects with pre-meds and med students alike at coordinated events • Collaborates closely with UCSF medical students, medical residents, and physicians

• Monitors incoming phone calls• Receives and interacts with the patients • Schedules appointments for patients • Checks and verifies patients' dental insurance information • Provides chair-side assisting for the dentist
