I have worked with a lot of great people at some of the Syracuse area's most prestigious technology companies including Lockheed Martin, Sensis (Saab), SRC, and Alion Science and Technology. As a project/program manager I have worked with fantastic teams and customers to develop, manufacture, and deliver complex electronic systems and products, and have worked with the business leadership team to grow and sustain the customer base, revenue, and profitability. I have led proposal development to capture new business, and have managed complex development and production contracts with multi-million$ delivery requirements to fulfill customer's needs, achieving more than $100M in revenue.As an engineer I helped develop some cool products including shipboard and submarine combat systems, maritime shipping and airport traffic control systems, as well as complex Web applications. My overall leadership philosophy is simple: build relationships and treat everyone like family – team members, co-workers, customers, supervisors, suppliers – and you can accomplish some great things together. For this reason I am looking forward to my next role.
