An assembly shop visit in the USA was intended for a quality event in one of my Engine Programs. Participating in such an event allowed me to better know my product, besides reinforcing my network. This was possible because I created the opportunity (contacting people, selling the idea to my manager, and inviting other colleagues of related teams); as a result, the team played a good role and gained recognition from Manufacturing and from the customer (Boeing).
