I am the Director and part owner of the HSQE Partnership & GRID Innovations Ltd. I am a Safety Professional who has spent over 20yrs working with major projects and SME's across multiple industries to create healthy and safe workplace environments to help companies strive and achieve their goals. I began my career in the British Army as a Royal Engineer, where I served as a Combat Engineer, Mechanical Fitter and Bomb Disposal Engineer. I was fortunate enough to be able to undertake Military Engineering duties in a wide range of operational theatres ranging from the Balkans, the jungles of Belize through to the Falkland Islands. Since leaving the Military I have been fortunate enough to work for a range of market leading organisations across a range of industries, which has allowed me to develop my understanding of HSQE related risks, mitigations, managements systems etc and build upon the core strengths that I had developed earlier in my career.
