I believe in following a core value of preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, pro-active maintenance and trying to reduce the amount of deferred maintenance in our businesses. Keeping buildings, clean, safe, and in good repair and up to date are key focuses. Military trained, mechanically skilled all while being financially responsible, I have worked in small multi-use Non-profit buildings, to full scale Restaurant and Brewery while managing single buildings to national accounts. Tasks oriented, meticulous, and organized leadership while using IOT and building data to build the greatest team and facilities.
