I have spent most of my working career in the IT field. I'm well experienced in all aspects of small and medium business IT consulting and support. I have a great rapport with my end user clients. I'm a true IT professional who can skip the geek talk and help clients understand IT from a business operations and productivity perspective. I've got decades of experience with small business networking, Microsoft offerings such as Windows (servers and PCs), Office 365, Azure AD, email services, and server upgrades and migrations. For the few business that use Apple, I'm well versed in that platform as well. I love doing projects and seeing customers win when their IT investment is paying off in increased productivity while limiting or eliminating downtime. Having relocated to Chattanooga, TN to take advantage of the excellent fiber Internet service (1Gigabit), I'm accepting remote contract work.
