Trained members of my team in our tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP). Employment, fire, and recovery of anti-personnel and anti-tank mines, located and neutralized mines. Operated, mounted/dismounted, zeroed, and engaged targets using night vision sight. Trained to operate in a NBC contaminated area. Constructed field expedient firing aids for infantry weapons. Performed as a member of a fire team during a movement to contact, reconnaissance, and security, an attack, defense, situational training exercises and all infantry dismounted battle drills. Processed prisoners of war and captured documents. Maintained all of the systems on the Stryker to include: the engine and drive train, remote weapons system, GPS, encrypted radios, infrared camera system, and all other related maintenance. Operated and maintained communications equipment and operated in a radio net. Requested, observed, and adjusted direct supporting fire. Called for and adjusted indirect fire. Trained all personnel in my platoon on all of our electronic systems including mounted and dismounted radios, GPS systems, and computer systems (FBCB2, Tacticom), maintained the aforementioned systems, encrypted the systems, troubleshot the systems, installed the systems, and assisted the Company radioman while deployed to Iraq in support of OIF 6.
