Returning to the Discounters Business Unit on finishing a maternity cover, I have managed Poundland, Wilko and three other High Street accounts.My responsibilities included:• Leading cross-functional teams – Category, Commercial Strategy, Shopper - to deliver customer annual planning sessions• Modelling and creating Annual Business Plans, landing cost price increases on time, in full and negotiating 2022 Joint Business Plans• Using insights’ expertise to model shopper Covid recovery impact and influence business case for increased supply chain capacity

Wanting to gain experience of managing a Top 4 Grocery account and the complexities of negotiating a JBP led to securing the ASDA Front of Store role.

A desire to take personal accountability for delivering the business’ growth aspirations and gain greater commercial acumen led to a move to Sales as Account Manager for the Euro Discounters.
