The $20 million annual program budget ($140 million – 9 year life cycle) justified an SAP supply chain solution with Oracle that reduces medical equipment inventory costs by $230 million over the system life span.- Coordinated the provisioning of T1 network services to an Avaya IP telephony system.- Facilitated deployment planning for a Network Protection Suite (NPS) implementation to secure Army medical networks using Cisco, Foundry, Juniper, and other network products. - Managed the deployment of a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure pilot project using VMWare and 30 HP servers for a 400 person IT organization.
