As an IT Risk & Assurance Senior at EY I help organizations that have invested heavily in personnel, processes, and technology better manage their risk. While performing IT Audits I help organizations identify what their key risks are, if the risks are being managed properly, and if they have optimized the use of technology in business processes. I also work with organizations to enhance their risk strategy, embed risk management, optimize risk management functions, and improve controls and processes.

As a Business Systems Analyst Intern at Capital One I created a proposal that was presented to the President of Financial Services to migrate Capital One's telephony system from an outdated system to an updated "softphone" technology which allows agents to make calls through their computer. I conducted a cost/benefit analysis to determine if the migration was feasible or not.
