Travel approximately 40% of the time and work remotely regularly. Currently, I am the top-performing representative in the organization with over 80% to quota for the full FY of 2019.

Developing community partnerships and driving business development for Goodwill Central Texas and Goodwill's Enterprise business solution division. Responsible for lead generation, development, and negotiation for contracts. Accountable for maintaining strong business relationships and account fulfillment. Additional roles include business development and implementation.

Provide annual education regarding compliance, mission, and objectives to over 1000 students in an international youth education initiative. Responsible for program development and implementation. Enforce and interpret rules and procedures to ensure appropriate student compliance.

Program development. Created a physical fitness training program for autistic college students. Involved in facilitating the development of prosocial behavior, positive changes in exercise behavior, and increases personal fitness levels. Developed planning to address individual students’ needs and regularly communicate with faculty.
