• Manage the biggest seafreight accounts of DB Schenker the Netherlands• Monitor, guide and support the operations of assigned key accounts to ensure quality service are delivered to customers• Build and maintain good customer relations and understand customers’ organizational structure, business acumen and operational processes • Drive and support continuous profitability optimization through processes improvement and re-engineering• Ensure standard of service specified in the Master SOP, relevant systems of SOP, and working procedures executed• Drive for customer satisfaction through excellence operational service deliverable e.g. achieving KPIs• Identify, target, qualify and quantify for budget purpose and secure cargo commitment with directed sales involvement• Responsible for development of assigned Trade Lanes:o Chinao Japano Latin America• Report directly to Schenker’s Vice President Ocean Freight
