David works at the State of Indiana's Department of Local Government Finance as an Intermediate Web Application developer using .NET and ASP.NET Core to develop applications that assist local government stakeholders with data access and property assessment. He has developed end-to-end data pipelines linking Big Data and legacy solutions and also built machine learning models in Python and R to extract business insights from the resultant data.David is not open to roles at this time. He welcomes inquiries about local government, Big Data, and his prior roles, but has no plans to return to that work domain.
