Program included over 250 suppliers who supplied 1,500 various raw materials including, juices, conc’s and purees; fresh, frozen and IQF fruits • Utilized Tracegains to capture, review and approve all compliance documentation.• Provided guidance and direction to Sanitation crew comprised of a Manager, 2 leads and 15 technicians who were responsible for cleaning 14 lines in 100,000 ft2 facility• Recorded updated SSOP’s with pictures to assure guidance was in place for new employees and available for customer, third-party or regulatory audits.• Evaluated CIP system performance time, temp, chemical concentrations and flowrates to assure cleaning efficacy.
