Use metrics pulled from the ticketing system on a weekly basis to gauge performance. Prioritize and delegate to a team of 24 direct reports, including after-hours on-call Desktop technicians, providing solutions and guidance as needed. Facilitate resources and resolve incidents in a timely manner, escalating urgent situations, and adjusting with an immediate response. Coordinate simultaneous projects and prepare for large rollouts of new devices or software upgrades; collaborate with other departments as needed for successful implementation.  Procure quotes from vendors for colleagues requesting new hardware and software. Receive, inventory, image, and deploy assets. Organize and maintain sufficient supplies for maximum operating efficiency. Ensure secure and proper disposal of decommissioned equipment.
