I hired in as the Parts Manager and quickly crosstrained to fill in the dispatcher and rental coordinator position until a full time employee was hired. I currently fill in for the Service Manager if he is out as well as dispatching and rental ops when needed. I built the parts department from the ground up and am constantly assessing needs to only stock.

Returned as a field technician and promoted quickly to parts manager, I also assisted in running the service department and filled in for the Branch Manager in his absence.
