The Treasury Management Service Specialist serves as the client's day to day contact for all banking issues. Specializing in institutional real estate, I assist my client with setting up cash management services and assisting their numerous property managers with their banking questions. I serve as my client's expert on treasury management services, products and implementation, and also look to cross sell new services based on their needs.

Implement and onboard new Treasury Services clients and develop a strategic plan that meets the expectations of the client, but works to drive revenue for the bank as well. I also work with existing clients to strengthen their existing services and cross sell new opportunities.

I organized cash shipments, as well as change orders and ATM cash requirements at the branch. Monitored the branch cash flow, and ensured that branch was in compliance with cash limits. Also managed teller line and completed schedules.
