I lead 30 people of various profiles, culture and origin to cover global internal IT needs . The network business unit is growing as our customers need more services to increase their resiliency and their security level.>> My main mission is to have our technical evolution path matching our various needs and all this being part of a followed plan. I am responsible for having those project "sold" above (Hitachi to ensure our target matches the group strategy) and under me (change management and discussion with the users to make sure it will be accepted and used).>> As a member of the board I participate into the company global and technical strategy.- NetworkOur interDC backbone has been migrated to newer devices and technology to allow us to still have taylor made architecture for our customers. It is a 50 Nexus Spine and leaf architecture using eVPN & BGP with 4000 vlan running across. We have now more than 1000 Fortigate Vdom ! - CloudWhile some of our IT services are being moved to GCP, Network services are now available on AWS and Azure.- SecurityAs risk evolve in our world our protections need to be adapted. I work closely with our CISO to find technical answers to our needs and implement them to target high level of certifications and compliancy.Other missions : Implementation of a PAM solution (CyberArk) using a 50 servers farm split into all of our major DCs.General IT management and improvement for services and end-users, O365 migration and transfert to Hitachi. oXya is growing to more than 300 people in 2010 and is starting its worldwide expansion. I built up new datacenter network infrastructures in Paris Area and New York.Build and manage a team able to answer oXya's and its customer needs in matter of network, telecom and security.Deal with the whole networks life cycle: pre-sale, design, planning, setup, maintenance, evolution, renew.Manage relationship with network equipment and telecom providersSetup of monitoring tools in order to confirm SLA respect.Environment: Cisco PIX, ASA, Catalyst, Callmanager, Wifi, HP procurve, Dell switchs.

At this time oXya is a young company, we are 60 people located in Lille and Paris area. Hosting is a new activity in oXya with the first white room of 400m².Provide network services for oXya's hosted customers.Project management for new setup or transfer of customer’s equipment into our facilities.Environment: Cisco PIX, Catalyst, linkproof, MPLS, LS, X25, IPSec.
