David currently is the President and Head of Credit for Sentinel Stone Financial, a merchant bank focused on real estate and business credit, and the CIO at Pinnacle Capital Securities, LLC, a member of FINRA/SIPC. In the past he an advisor for Neon Machine Inc/Shrapnel. He is also a partner in a winery located in Sonoma County's esteemed Russian River region.David acquired extensive expertise across diverse sectors. His multifaceted experience includes serving in investment banking, functioning as a CIO/CFO/COO, exploring the dynamic landscape of blockchain, leading business development initiatives, conducting comprehensive due diligence and capital structuring, and real estate investing. He also acted as a project manager for a Systems Integration firm and offered strategic guidance as a management consultant for various Consumer and Technology startups. Prior to entering the corporate world, David devoted ten years to serving in the U.S. Army and Army Reserves.David holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, has also obtained numerous real estate accreditations, a registered California Real Estate Broker, and FINRA registered series 7, 79, 82, 24, and 63. He is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Adviser (CM&AA), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMLS), and a Certified AML Fintech Compliance Associate (CAFCA).
