My career in the Motor trade and Customer Service sector started at 17 years old. I have worked my way up from Trainee Service Advisor to my current role as Service Manager for SEAT & Citroen within the Donnelly Group. I have been very fortunate to work for prestige car manufacturers such as Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus & VW and have had alot of money invested in me to become accredited in my field through various manufacturer training programmes.I pride myself on efficient time management, quickly building customer rapport, attention to detail, ability to multi task and using upsell as an opportunity to ensure profitable revenue for the business amongst other key areas to achieve my daily KPI targets.I believe in encouraging my team to provide the most exceptional customer service experience possible and keeping the customer central to everything we do. Each day in management is a learning day and enjoy the challenge of managing the businesses and coaching staff to be the best they can be.
