PrimeSense technology is behind Microsoft Kinect and was acquired by Apple for 350M$. Managed a multidisciplinary R&D team consisting of 60 engineers across various departments, including system engineering, computer vision, VLSI design, RT software & firmware, hardware design and mechanical & optical design. Spearheaded development efforts with a strong focus on mass production-oriented strategies. Notably, Kinect's first-month sales exceeded those of the iPhone in its first month during that period. This achievement helped establish PrimeSense's technology as a leader, ultimately leading to the company's acquisition by Apple. Pioneered the design and architecture of an innovative computer vision chip, utilizing a suite of co-processors to deliver peak performance and efficiency.

Discretix is a provider of security system solutions for the embedded market, operates mainly in the mobile world where its products are integrated into a chip and/or an entire system. Discretix was acquired by ARM for approximately $75 million. Managed a multidisciplinary R&D team consisting of 50 engineers across various departments. Established and efficiently managed an off-shore R&D site, with a primary focus on Real-time software application and QA. Pioneered a strategic shift, transitioning from project-based development tailored to individual customers to a product-centric approach designed to serve a diverse customer base. Achieved a remarkable enhancement in ROI.

Tioga Technologies is a public USA fabless semiconductor company (NASDAQ TIGA), which spun off from Orckit in 2000, designing xDSL chips and broadband aggregation chips. The R&D center is in TLV and staffed by approximately 100 engineers. ST Microelectronic acquired Tioga for approximately $25 million. Spearheaded and guided all R&D initiatives, fostering innovation at the core of the organization. Managed a diverse team of 100 engineers encompassing multiple disciplines, such as programs’ managers, communication algorithms, VLSI design, RT S/W & firmware development, H/W and analog design and QA. Empowered marketing and sales teams through strategic product alignment, catalyzing market penetration and growth. Successfully secured 5M$ grant from the Israel Innovation Authority. Skillfully preserved the workforce during the company's acquisition process, implementing a strategic downsizing approach to ensure a secure future for both the organization and its employees.
