Trained, mentored and directed the daily operations of a team of joint-service intelligence project managers to create tailored intelligence collection strategies for consumption by US Southern Command senior leadership in the execution of operations in the Western Hemisphere. I've learned while working in this position how to develop and execute effective cross-functional operational plans to accomplish our mission priorities.

Managed the daily division functions of the International Security Assistance Forces Headquarters requests for information and All-Source intelligence collection management. I gained a solid working knowledge about how to best adjust my workflows and products in a way that maximizes the time and understanding in advising an organization's senior executives.

Led a high-quality, intelligence command center team (similar to a Security Operations Center) that produced over 100 daily classified briefings during a 9-month span that informed Combatant Command and Intelligence Community leaders in making crucial strategic decisions with time-sensitive intelligence information. During this rotational term, I gained confidence in my ability to lead my team to maintain focus on the mission while still creating quality information products during highly-volatile emergent situations.

Analyzed and evaluated the quality and quantity of highly specialized, particularly sensitive cyber threat and terrorism intelligence information from multiple sources to formulate new operational requirements and taskings. In this capacity, I learned how to coordinate with other federal intelligence agencies, defense components, and private industry to fulfill DoD requirements and provide mutually beneficial outcomes for our organizations.

Advised the US Director of Civilian-Military Integration regarding matters of information-sharing between non-governmental organizations and military forces throughout Afghanistan in support of counter-insurgency operations. Throughout this deployment, I gained a significant understanding of operations at the C-suite level and how to best to directly support their needs by anticipating their requirements with tailored information delivery.

Developed and implemented a standardized job qualification training plan for a branch of a partnered foreign military. This experience taught me how to cultivate effective foreign partnerships through low-level diplomacy and the importance of following through with the completion of mutual goals to build long-term trust relationships.

Led a team responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and trouble-shooting five globally-serving classified websites and three major classified networks that greatly enhanced communication to national-level consumers. While performing these duties, I learned how to build an effective team out of a group of individuals with varying levels of experience and backgrounds then leverage their strengths to accomplish mission-critical functions in a high-operational tempo environment.

Performed administrative clerk duties in drafting formatted command policy memorandums and developing standard operating procedures for the commander's implementation. Designed and wrote a comprehensive standard operating procedure for future administrative clerks in the position to properly perform the functions required. While performing these duties I learned how to reference existing Army policies and procedures to craft more specific guidance appropriate to the unit's level.
