As an Associate Director of Development for the Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association (WFAA) in support of the Wisconsin School of Business (WSB); I engage with donors and alumni from the University of Wisconsin - Madison (UW) and provide them with a tailored experience to support their giving and connection to the business school.I leverage data, best industry practices, and teamwork to create a donor-centric experience that is world-class in fundraising. I am responsible for a portfolio of over 250 accounts that I qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward for gifts over the course of a performance year. I also work closely with the Annual Giving, Marketing/Communications, and Development teams to advance the mission of higher education philanthropy. I take a digital-first approach in my work and use my communication and event planning skills to enhance the donor-alumni relationship with UW. I am a fundraiser at heart and have a passion for making a large impact on the communities I am a part of. My life's mission is to provide myself with the most exciting experiences and to create the best version of myself physically, mentally, and professionally.
