Organized national and global strategic partnerships and implemented aboriginal business strategy. Installed new sales and service culture and model, including organizational design changes and client technology (CRM) installations. Acknowledged as one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies and Top 100 employers.

Developed original strategic plan, earned support and funding to proceed, built organization and then led teams through rapid growth across western Canada. Delivered full service corporate banking services through strategic partnerships with credit unions and global banks to offer corporate finance and cash management services to clients across western Canada.
