In my current role, I oversee all mechanical spend globally. I manage a three-person international team stationed in North America, Malaysia and China with over ~$90M in annual spend. I enjoy the challenge of creating and managing a global supply chain. I work well in cross-functional groups as I thrive working with other people both in and outside of my field. I have gained experience and enjoyed the process of working with engineering development teams to influence design for cost. I have had the opportunity to mentor interns as well as team members. It is rewarding to see growth in direct reports as I can encourage others while they expand their own career paths. I am excited about opportunities in this career as I look ahead to taking on new challenges and more responsibility with team members and multi-disciplinary functions.
