I administer the week-to-week trajectory of men in the Guest Employment Program and the Medical / Mental Health Program at the Rescue Mission. I teach life skills like budgeting and money management and also teach guests how to land and keep a job.

As Program Director of KQNS, I was tasked with the responsibility of defining the audible branding of the station. This responsibility included setting play list rotation and station brand imaging pertaining to the on-air quality assurance and station identification. I was also extensively involved in brand marketing and visual identification in the radio market at large.
