Directed the in-house digital and print creative teams. Guided agencies of record in digital activations. I worked on many omni-channel concepts and oversaw the implementation of innovation projects in new stores. I also staffed and on-boarded a near-shore team in Costa Rica.

Helped build and manage a full-service in-house digital creative team. Managed and directed advertising and e-commerce campaigns across all digital channels. Daily responsibilities included managing a team of 80-100+ staff members and directing the digital branding, design, copy, motion, and front-end development in areas such as: performance media, social channels, digital commerce, digital signage, email, homepage, mobile web, apps, affiliate programs, innovation projects, tech products, new store devices, and pop-up activations.

Worked on collection of brands creating rich interactive experiences with 2D/3D animation. Brand portfolio included: AT&T, Disney, GameStop, U.S. Air Force, American Airlines, Arby's, Epson, Grand Ole Opry, and Taco Bueno.
