Provided design guidance and consistency across Integrity Life’s Advisor Portal by working closely with management, UX designers and developers. Developed a fully documented styleguide in Sketch which was used as a central library for all feature development and prototyping. Instructed other UX/UI designers and developers in how to use the styleguide and how to build from it. Developed and tested new features to provide tangible enhancements to the portal for Advisers and supported developers through build and release in an agile environment.- Developed, documented and implemented a comprehensive design system for all assets across Integrity Life’s (SaaS) Adviser Portal and then evangelised the new design framework throughout the company.- Worked closely with the head of branding to create and consolidate brand assets including brand definitions, portal assets, icons and illustrations.- Worked closely with other designers to provide design guidance and training in Sketch and the new design systems.- Interviewed advisors and end customers to garner feedback on the portal, proposed features and to understand their motivations.- Organised and ran workshops for requirements gathering and solutioning.- Developed Journey Maps for new features- Prototyped new flows and features to test with Advisers and customers.

Embedded within development teams to ensure successful delivery. - Designed the visual style across their banking apps and web portals, utilising platform centric elements to speed up development while still maintaining Tyro’s unique brand personality. This required creating styleguides, asset libraries and templates for everybody to reference. - Brand champion throughout the wider company to provide guidance and consistency across development.

Senior Designer within the Digital Experience Team working on, and overseeing, the implementation of design standards across a number of projects. - Led the UX and UI for the redevelopment of Singtel’s customer self-service app: MySingtel. This included requirements gathering, wireframing, prototyping, testing and developing Singtel’s digital visual language across device.- Led the redesign on the complete revamp of Newsloop, a news aggregation app across device, helping to drive the eventual direction for the app both from a design and usability standpoint. - Providing guidance and mentorship to younger designers around their work and responsibilities.- Led the design engagement on a number projects including inSing.com and HungryGoWhere initiatives, as well as a number internal projects. - Managing deliverables and presenting back to Business Owners ensuring implementation matched the vision. - Worked as an Interaction Designer and undertook much of the business engagement for projects including the HOOQ video streaming app, the inSing.com Movies App and Wavee chat app.

Senior designer leading the design direction for the Optus Shop, Optus My Account and OptusZOO (both fixed and mobile portals) redevelopments. This included managing teams of designers and working closely with UX, Business and Development teams to ensure work was completed to a high level, met deadlines and was implemented correctly.I was Senior Designer on Klink, a customer focused cloud storage product accessible via Web, iPhone, iPad, Android and Windows devices. This work included designing applications specific to device and working with teams both locally and internationally to ensure correct implementation. In association with designing the applications I also designed the marketing web and mobile sites providing sales information and product support.I worked in Singapore on projects for inSing.com, Singapore’s premier lifestyle portal providing design and UX input for their website launch and then working with their Business and Marketing teams to design the inSing.com mobile portal from the ground up.Maintaining and driving innovation through the OptusZOO mobile portal by actively working with business owners to improve the customer experience.
