Provide buying and selling support for franchise and independent dealers for Western Washington as well as developing new business for DAA,

Remarketing of used vehicles direct to specific franchise and Independent automotive dealership accounts in Western Washington.

Responsible for remarketing roughly 60,000 used vehicles from California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada and Hawaii. Coordinate logical movements of vehicles to various auctions for disposal. Maintained lowest ground to sold lag in the country. Collaborate with several auto auctions on the west coast and create marketing plans to dispose of thousands of vehicles. Coordinate logistics for vehicles from Hawaii to West Coast. Review, approve and dispose of all Salvage (damaged) vehicles.

Responsible for the management of over 16,000 vehicles in the state of Hawaii for 14 different locations on 4 Islands. Coordinate, plan and execute a 18 month long term fleet plan as well as build and manage a 13 week rolling fleet plan. Conduct weekly fleet planning meetings with Regional VP and 5 General Managers State Wide. Oversee and monitor Rates and Revenue forecast for 14 Rental Locations. Work closely with corporate revenue management team ensuing channel segmentation opportunities were being maximized. Regional Car Sales management. Fleet logistic coordinator for all vehicles entering or leaving the state of Hawaii. Annual budgeting of all fleet, fleet related expenses and revenue forecast. Oversee Maintenance operations for State of Hawaii. Annual Revenues of 150 million with profits exceeding 39million.

Responsible for managing a 2000 car fleet at Reno with revenue in excess of 7 million and profits in excess of 2 million. Maximizing revenue opportunities while maintaining key expense controls. Duties included recruiting, hiring, union avoidance training, budgeting, revenue management, marketing, maintenance and human resources

Responsible for a fleet up to 4100 vehicles with 2 locations and revenue in excess of 16 million with profits in excess of 4 million annually. Responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities between stores at the same time maintaining tight expense control. Duties included recruiting, hiring, union avoidance, budgeting, revenue management, marketing, maintenance, human resources, and compliance with state and federal regulations. During my tenure in Honolulu I was awarded the Chairman’s Award for the top rental operation in the country.
