Recruiting throughout our offices in Midwest Region.Coordinate the recruiting and selection process for open Financial Sales Representative positions, including sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing high-quality candidates.-Utilize passive recruiting sources including CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, Craigslist, to network, attract, and screen candidates.
