With both above and below the line projects undertaken the work was as varied and challenging as the diverse client base. Automotive, tourism, B2B, financial, healthcare, local and national government we just some of the arena's where we got creative.A small yet perfectly formed team that more often than not punched well above its weight and consistently delivered creative and incisive idea's for brands big and small.

Business development within the design and print arena. Starting in national field sales targeted on 100% new business development from sourcing the lead, securing appointment, consulting with the prospect to glean requirements/challenges through to solution, production and delivery.After year on year exceeding both turnover and profitability on a wide client base the positions of sales manager then sales director was realised. These roles brought the additional challenge of developing and managing a team of 10 sales and estimating professionals. These challenges were met and thoroughly enjoyed. The experience of keeping both clients and employees happy and fulfilled was invaluable for each and every role I've held since.
