Employee Education Manager
CurrentEducation Manager for SEMrush, a leading analytics tool for digital marketing and SEO. Responsible for new-hire/ongoing training and education of employees to better understand the use of the expansive SEMrush platform and other related industry tools and concepts. Planning and development of training materials, technical sales support, assist all departments with support/troubleshooting complex issues, build expertise among employees through training, showcase new features, maintain ongoing personal expertise of SEO/Digital Marketing practices, implement internal knowledge base updates, understand & educate others on Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio, and act as a general knowledge center where my primary goal is to be an educator of the platform and the industry.
