Analyze and evaluate the flow of product to improve efficiencies, reduce costs and make continuous improvements to achieve optimal product flow through the system.• Complete knowledge of Warehouse Management System including inventory, cycle counts, stock rotation by lot and FIFO, product transfer and movement in both internal and external warehouse.• Ensure proper procedures and guidelines in place for BRC, AIB and customer specific audits.• Improve replenishment and slotting process through efficient product placement.• Manage external kitting and assembly.• Manage distro process for major customers with orders for up to 3600 rooftops.• Properly dispose of obsolete inventory, discontinued and slow moving product.• Drive cycle count by scheduling in a timely manner, i.e., seasonal, holiday.• Coordinate incoming domestic and import product, including prioritization of product delivery and communication on incoming trailers with internal key personnel.• Train new hires in Receiving procedures and use of RT system and efficient movement of goods through the Warehouse. • Knowledge of Retail Link.• Forklift, Reach and Scissor lift Qualified.• Prior to current position, worked to pull, pack and replenish product.• Resident Traceability Expert• Train the Trainer for Aerial Work Platforms
