Manager/Project Manager for over 18 years including 5 years being in sole charge of projects and staff in our office at London Gatwick. In September of 2012 promoted to our Head Office in Scotland where I ran our Survey, CAD, UGS and Scanning departments. This included managing, facilitating, budgeting and monitoring projects to provide weekly / monthly reports to the Managing Director and Clients. I also estimated costs, defined method statements, including health and safety assessments and gave project/site briefings to all staff. Also included in my remit are all aspects of people management from work allocation, assessments, disciplinary hearings and other general management responsibilities.I am proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project. CAD systems including MicroStation, AutoCAD, IDS GeoRadar - GRED HD, GPR data processing and visualisation and more recently Revit. I have had SC clearance and clearances for various UK Airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Glasgow and Aberdeen.
