• Identify, build and manage appropriate marketing strategies to successfully build awareness of the organization.• Maintain, update and manage design and copy/media for all organization affiliated web sites.• Manage, maintain and update social media accounts for TMA Bucks.• Design, produce and distribute marketing collateral including weekly e-newsletter, informational sheets, press releases, media alerts, brochures and rushbus public transit schedules.• Develop relationships with regional media contacts and track and compile media coverage.• Plan and organize press conferences, educational seminars, networking events and annual meeting.• Manage all aspects of annual Bucks County High School Seatbelt Safety Challenge & Video PSA Challenge by soliciting sponsors, coordinating with area high schools for assemblies, presenting to students, designing promotional t-shirts and posters and planning award presentations. • Organize and distribute TMA roadwork updates electronically to TMA Bucks members.• Manage design, production and day-to-day operations of Safer13.com public information website for PennDOT.• Film, edit and distribute video content on various digital platforms.• Manage all aspects of TMA Bucks Annual Meeting including site selection, menu, logistics, itinerary and related marketing materials.• Represent TMA Bucks at business expos, job fairs, transit fairs, executive meetings and networking functions.• Develop annual comprehensive communications plan, which includes research-based strategic marketing initiatives and success measures.• Oversee purchasing, production and distribution of TMA Bucks and rushbus promotional items.• Sell advertising space on TMA Bucks and rushbus marketing collateral.• Coordinate design development, copy and printing of annual report.
