Mr. Ware is a 1981 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law. He has practiced exclusively in the area of immigration and nationality law since 1982, with a consistent employment-based academic focus. Mr. Ware is active in AILA, NAFSA, AIEA, the FBA, and NACUA, and is a frequent speaker and author on immigration topics. He currently serves as Chair of AILA’s Healthcare Committee, as well as serving on the CSC Liaison Subcommittee. He has served on the Board of the Federal Bar Association Immigration Law Section for many years, and currently serves as co-chair of the New Orleans Bar Association Immigration Law Section.
