As an experienced senior HR professional and current and active employment law practitioner, I have a wealth of knowledge in coaching, casework management, HR data and metrics, stakeholder management, relationship building, and business partnering. My HR technical experience includes employee relations, absence management, designing and delivering line manager workshops and engaging presentations, interviewing, recruitment & selection, and conflict management. I have led change projects including TUPE redundancy, contract law including negotiation and consultation and contract variance.I am also an accredited mediator, bringing a calm and impartial approach to resolving disputes. My background as a Royal Air Force Officer has given me the skills to lead and manage teams effectively, with a focus on delivering results in a dynamic environment.Throughout my career, I have built a reputation for being a strategic thinker and a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
