David previously advised clients for over 30 years in investment management, finance and direct investments.David began his professional career at Morgan Stanley in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. After a decade of transaction work with Media/Telecom entrepreneurs and Financial Sponsors, David transitioned to Morgan Stanley's Private Wealth Management practice as a Managing Director and Global Head of the Client Strategy Group which delivered highly tailored asset management solutions to individuals and families around the world.Upon leaving Morgan Stanley, David became a founding member of the investment partnership, Aetos Capital, LLC, which specializes in absolute return funds, distressed real estate and private equity. Since Aetos, David has focused on alternative investments, private equity and venture capital strategies for individual investors and family offices. David has served on several private company boards and has been involved in numerous philanthropic endeavors at the national and community level. David graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and American Cultural Studies where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. David earned a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University.
