My role involves collaborating closely with the Service Desk, resolving Level 2 Workplace Support issues, and participating in significant initiatives such as the successful migration of IT infrastructure to a new facility.During my tenure at Lamberts, Telesmart, and Proaxiom, I gained invaluable experience as a junior systems engineer and helpdesk engineer, managing server support, Office 365 administration, and contributing to various projects. This hands-on experience has equipped me with a robust technical skill set, including proficiency with Office 365 Admin Center, network security compliance, and Asset management.What sets me apart is not just my technical ability, but my commitment to delivering outstanding service.
