I have been in the HVAC/R industry for 28 years in many different aspects. I graduated Daytona State College with a 4.0 G.P.A and High Honors in HVAC/R Technology. Since then I have served as a Service Manager, Commercial Refrigeration Tech, Commercial HVAC Tech, System Design, etc. Of course, experience is the best teacher. I actually love what I do. Troubleshooting has always been my favorite. If there is a problem, there is a reason for it as well as a solution. My pet peeve is air flow, or lack of it. Proper duct sizing equals acceptable total static pressure. I've seen some real nightmares and made some "designers" fairly angry, but Manual D and a magnehelic never lie. After it's all said and done, I really do love what I do and I insist on giving 100%. Every customer gets the same quality service every time. Customer satisfaction is, of course, priority 1,
