Over the past 17 years, I have worked in a range of general management and sales roles,specialising in business development and sale strategies in Australia and APAC markets. I amcurrently working as a Regional Client Service Director APAC & EMEA, where I have been since August 2022.I am known by my colleagues as a driven, pragmatic and dedicated General Manager with aproven track record of building high performing sales teams, implementing comprehensive salesstrategies across the APAC region, creating an industry leading culture to promote business success,planning and implementing business plans and brand growth, and more. Prior to my current role, I was a Managing Director atDIAM Australia, where I took a small and newly establish sales only business unit and grew it into afull service design / manufacturing and supply chain hub. Following this, I grew turnover from $4.2Mto $17.7M over my 5 years in the role, and managed the successful relocation of the business to a1500 sqm facility in Port Melbourne, among other achievements. The experience gained over mytime in general management and sales roles has given me the confidence to assist Australianbusinesses with their sales strategies and business development, both in domestically and overseas.Aside from my passion for business development and sales strategies, I have a keen interest ingetting the most out of our team while helping them grow.
