• Hired to establish, develop and implement ReVision Energy's LED Lighting Division.

• Run reports to guarantee the program is meeting company revenue targets, personal metrics, and team goals.
• Implement plans to increase program revenue, set personal goals and strive to surpass team goals.
• Responsible for Lighting Assessment lead distribution and the vetting of customers prior to scheduling.
• Manage the on-boarding of new trade partners, become their main point of contact, and run frequent trainings.
• Responsible for QA/QC on trades, end-users and our team; ensuring full compliance with program guidelines.
